A little Workout Wednesday Motivation:

The key to today's workout is going all out on the treadmill or bike sprints.
*5-7 minutes of lower body dynamic stretches
Part 1:
Tabata Core and Cardio:
1: Single Leg Toe Touch (switch legs each set)
2: Ice Skaters
4: Treadmill or Bike Sprints
Tabata = 8 sets of 20 sec work/ 10 sec rest
*do all 8 sets of one exercise before moving to the next
*if you use the treadmill, I leave it running and grab the handles to get on and off. If you do so, BE CAREFUL!
*whether you do the bike or treadmill, push the pace!
Part 2:
15-20 minutes of steady state cardio
*steady state means a pace at which you could still maintain a conversation with someone
*aim to maintain this pace for the 10-15 minutes
*choose your modality: jog (outdoor or treadmill), elliptical, stair climber, rower, etc
*this part is boring to me but great for overall health
*5-7 minutes of lower body stretches
