*5-7 minutes of lower body dynamic stretches
Part 1:
12 minute AMRAP:
40 Toe Taps
60 Jump Rope
*amrap = as many reps as possible
*so, for 12 minutes rotate through the 3 exercises as many times as possible
Part 2:
20 minutes of Interval Cardio: Run, row, or bike
Do 20 minutes of 20 sec as fast as possible
Then 40 sec slow
*alt back and forth
*ideally get outside if you can!
*5-7 minutes of lower body stretches
