Thursday 12/15/22 Daily Gym: Leg Workout

As we increase weight on the deadlifts, be mindful of your low back! Never sacrifice form just to complete a lift. With that being said, challenge yourself! By placing a new stimulus on the body we break down the muscle and when we refuel post workout/ get ample sleep we are able to begin building lean muscle mass!
