The Single Most Important Nutrient... And You're Probably Not Getting Enough

Y'all Bobby Boucher was RIGHT! Being properly hydrated improves cognition, mood, helps us sleep better, lubricates our joints, prevents infections, delivers nutrients to cells, makes organs function properly, etc!


And think about all of those benefits I just listed... being in a constant state of dehydration does the exact opposite: poor sleep, painful joints, constipation, headaches, etc!


Why are most of us so bad at something so simple? This includes me at times! I would prefer to hydrate with coffee!


If you struggle with staying properly hydrated try this: buy a 32 oz Nalgene water bottle. Carry it with you everywhere. Drink a minimum of 3 of these bottle per day (3 liters)! Men need a minimum of 16 8oz glasses of water per day. Women need a minimum of 11.


Ps don't hydrate with sugary drinks like soda and juice. Drink plain water. Replacing sugary drinks with water is also a super easy way to decrease caloric intake!
