Step it up a notch today: drink more water, add some extra weight, do a few extra reps... Speaking of a few extra reps... a good practice to get into is knocking out a few extra reps on the last set of each exercise! Let's say I tell you to do 10. It's your last set of 10 reps, you do your 10, but deep down you know you could do a few more. Listen to your body and don't hurt yourself but if you know you've got more in the tank... do it!
